Reboarding programme

More than a return,
a deliberate fresh start.

The 8-week return programme
for female professionals and executives after parental leave.

Returning to work is not simply carrying on – it is a deliberate step into the next phase of your career.

It concerns two sides at once: the company, which wants to retain and further develop an experienced professional or executive – and the woman, who is realigning herself in a fundamentally changed life situation and consciously continuing her career as a mother.

COMEBACK! brings the two together: structured support that removes the element of chance from the return and enables a plannable, successful transition.

For Companies & HR

Retain experience instead of searching for it anew

The return after parental leave determines whether an experienced professional or executive carries on with commitment, deploys her resources to best effect and stays for the long term. COMEBACK! is the structured reboarding you deploy as an employer in a targeted way to keep knowledge, experience and retention within the company.

A return that does not succeed costs several times over: refilling the role, onboarding, lost knowledge and the signal it sends to others.
A supported return lowers that risk – and turns a fragile phase into a plannable transition.

Engagement: You book the programme for your employee – individually or as a contingent for several returning women.

Line manager: On request, the direct line manager is involved – with a joint clarification of goals and a coordinated reboarding plan.

Confidentiality: The content of the 1:1 sessions remains confidential. The employer receives the framework – a joint goal agreement at the start and a confirmation of participation on completion.

Added value

Back – and stronger than before.

Not a generic return programme – but individual support in eight weekly 1:1 sessions of 60 minutes that guide the professional restart in a structured way. Practical, confidential and effective from the very first session.

For the returning woman

She does not simply return – she comes back stronger. With clarity about her role, deliberate management of her resources and assured communication strategies for dealing with expectations, prejudices and new dynamics. The result: greater confidence in her own impact, a healthy balance between family and professional roles – and a returning woman who experiences the joy of performing rather than constant pressure and feels connected to her company.

For executives

Same duration, greater complexity. The programme deliberately extends the return with leadership, positioning and demanding people topics. Individual sparring helps to quickly regain confidence in the leadership role, decide with assurance and act effectively even in challenging situations. She does not just return – she convinces in her role from the very start.

Process

From the orientation call to an assured restart.

Week 1

Introduction & orientation call

An honest assessment of where things stand – on request with the line manager involved. Objectives, modules and focus areas are aligned to role, experience and current challenges.

Week 2–7

Programme & sparring

The 6 COMEBACK! modules (+ HR BOOST! for executives) are worked through together based on individual challenges.

Week 8

Closing & outlook

The closing module forms the basis for independently integrating everything into the day-to-day that follows.
